  • the organizer provides poles for the training participant, or 
    you can use your own Nordic walking poles.

Instructor in Poland in 2016 and became a member of Nordic Walking Poland Federation NWPL. This organization is approved by World Original Nordic Walking Federation – ONWF.      
Since 2023, Katarzyna Tarnowska trading as Holistic Physio has been a member of Nordic Fitness Ireland.

In the first week, we’ll introduce you to the fundamentals of Nordic walking. Week 2: Technique Refinement

Fast Track Learn to Nordic Walk Course


Welcome to the Fast Track Nordic Walking course designed for individuals who are short on time or living some distance away from the venue.

Participants should be able to walk comfortably for 2 hours without significant fatigue. If you are unable to do this our 4 week Learn to Nordic Walk course or a 1:1 lesson may be more suitable for you.

This immersive and dynamic course aims to introduce you to the invigorating world of Nordic Walking, enhancing your physical endurance, cardiovascular health, and overall fitness. Whether you are an experienced walker or looking to diversify your fitness routine, this course will empower you with the techniques and knowledge necessary to excel in Nordic Walking.

Poles will be provided.
